My experience with Evidence Physical Therapy (EPT) has been wonderful! I came to EPT the first time for shoulder pain I was having. I didn’t understand how physical therapy would resolve my pain but my therapist would explain which muscles were involved and gave me exercises to strengthen them. When I sprained my ankle I came back to EPT and again received excellent care. So when I started having hip pain I knew where to come. I was getting to the point the pain would interrupt my sleep at night. The staff worked with me to strengthen my muscles exercise and my pain away. The environment is peaceful and everyone is caring and friendly. A big shout out to Dr. Avan, Dr Alexis and Farama!

The best physical therapy team! I had the pleasure of seeing all of the therapist at the Bowie location and they are all wonderful! Evidence Physical Therapy helped me get my life back. I had a torn rotator cuff and was in so much pain. I couldn’t do basic things for myself. But after completing therapy, I am now back to normal.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Evidence Physical Therapy! After my second meniscectomy, I was unsure what recovery would look like, but from my very first visit, I felt confident I was in the right place. The team is incredibly knowledgeable about post-surgical rehab and created a plan that was tailored specifically to my recovery. Every exercise had intention and purpose, and they took the time to explain how each step was helping my knee heal, rebuild strength, and restore mobility. That understanding gave me so much peace and confidence in the process. What truly sets them apart is the care and encouragement they provide. On days when my knee felt stiff or progress seemed slow, they were patient, motivating, and always reassuring. I never felt rushed or like “just another patient” — I felt supported and genuinely cared for. Because of their dedication and expertise, I’ve regained strength, stability, and confidence in my knee. I’m beyond grateful for the role they played in my recovery and would highly recommend Evidence Physical Therapy to anyone needing rehabilitation — especially after surgery. Thank you for making such a difference in my healing journey!

I recently completed PT after hip replacement surgery at Evidence’s Glen Dale location. This is my third time as a client. I keep returning because they are professional, encouraging, and fun. PT is hard and sometimes painful, but the therapists won’t let you give up! But most importantly, they are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with the environment the doctors and staff have created at Evidence PT in Glenn Dale, MD. I've done PT before without noticeable results. This time was different. The doctors provided me with results. I'd suffered with chronic sciatic pain and numbness in 3 fingers. They solved the sciatic pain and provided me with viable solutions to address my finger numbness. Don't be surprised when you visit, if you are greeted with welcome back to the party! The team is welcoming and effective at what they do!

Coming to Evidence Therapy, feels like coming home to family. They treat every patient with love and care . They pay attention to your physical and mental health. My husband and I have been long time patients here because of our physical challenges that happen in life . I love coming here because I know that I am in good hands. Ava and her team are amazing and I trust them to make sure that my body recovers, and I remain healthy . Thank you for all you do to improve my quality of life . First I would like to say Thank You. The Professionalism, Customer service and Rehabilitation Therapy are exceptional. I came to the Evidence PT location in Glenn Dale for pre-op physical therapy prior to having cervical surgery on two disc herniation pressing on my spinal cord. The six weeks I spent with the Team at Evidence was extremely beneficial. They kept me functional and kept my discomfort to a minimum. They prepared me to have the best outcome after surgery. Now granted therapy can sometimes be a pain but if you truly care about your quality of life, the team of PT Doctors, PT Assistant and Rehabilitation Aides at Evidence will help you reach your goals. I will be returning for my post-op Therapy. Thank you all.

As a patient at Evidence Physical Therapy I feel more like I am part of a big family. The care is beyond excellent! The staff is knowledgeable, skilled, kind and caring. They know ME and my care is specific to what I need. I highly recommend Evidence PT if you need quality physical therapy. Check them out. You will not be disappointed!!

I have had Physical Therapy in many organizations in recent years. I must say EPT (Glenn Dale) is the best bar none. Starting with my very 1st visit I felt the warmth and concern for my Physical wellbeing. The professionalism from the staff on intake (Amiya and Oge) is unmatched always welcoming. The PT Technicians (Layla, Pri, Farama and Adrian) are so attentive they each have a special way of making me feel very special, they are encouraging as I preform each exercise. Thank you for your concern. The Physical Therapist are the best (Mike, Dr's Ike, Sindhu, Avan and Alexis) are very Knowledgeable, Thorough and Professional. This is an Excellent organization I will always recommend this office. Because of you I feel as though I'm a part of your family. Keep up the good work. You guys are great! Jeff Allen

I finished my physical therapy today and couldn't be happier with my experience. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and supportive from my very first visit. The physical therapists demonstrated exceptional bedside manner, taking the time to listen, explain each treatment, and offer encouragement throughout my recovery. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for their patients truly set them apart. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing physical therapy.
